This tract of land is currently in native grasses, scattered timber and a creek. The close proximity to the river and wooded areas provide great hunting and livestock production. This parcel has access on E0830 road.

Tract 2:  160 Acres of Extreme Hunting or Great Beef Production!

Tract 3 reaches from the water and cover of the South Canadian River to the higher elevations of grass, timber and open fields which overlook the winding river.
