Entz Auction & Realty handled my parents' farm sale in 2005 and, they were so impressed, we asked them to help us sell their home and all their belongings 3 years later.

As a result of a fire in their home, my parents were placed in a Weatherford Living Center. I handled the damage repairs and sale preparation while living 170 miles away, and contacted Entz Auction & Realty to assist us with the sale of the property.

The day of the sale, Roger and his employees set everything up and we did not have to do anything. He presented an itemized list of all the items sold within one hour of the last item auctioned off. I was not able to attend the closing on the house and Roger represented us and wired the funds directly to our bank. Roger also provided us with detailed documentation supporting his expenses incurred for advertising and sale of the property.

Roger and Edith Entz treated us like family and turned a cumbersome sale into a pleasurable experience. I would recommend Entz Auction & Realty to anyone who is considering a property sale. These people are professionals.

Entz Auction has been a part of the Hydro Community for many years now. It has served not only Hydro but has grown to serve all of Oklahoma and surrounding states. Roger served as long-time board member of the Hydro school system and now the consolidated Hydro-Eakly School. Roger also serves as auctioneer for our annual FFA Slave Sale, and has done so for more than 20 years.
